No warranty on prices and availability

All displayed offers, prices, and availability reflect the state at the time of capture and are non-binding. They may change or lapse at short notice at any time. voidjet does not warrant their accuracy, currency, or completeness.

Conclusion of contract

An inquiry via voidjet is non-binding and does not constitute a contract. A carriage contract is concluded solely between you and the respective operator and becomes binding only upon the operator's confirmation.

Liability

voidjet is not liable for the operators' services or for damages arising from the use of third-party offers. Liability for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
